We are currently attempting to remove the antiquated libqt3-compat-headers from
the archive.
scribus-ng appears to build fine without them. Please remove the
libqt3-compat-headers build-depends
on your next upload.

The latest upload of scribus-ng now tracks 1.3.5, which is based on libqt4,
not libqt3.
