When I use ispell.el (+ flyspell.el) from dictionaries-common instead of
emacs22 upstream ispell.el (which is the default setting in
dictionaries-common), flyspell doesn't recognize non-ASCII characters as
word constituent characters thus making flyspell-mode unusable for some
languages.
When I load ispell.el from Emacs, flyspell starts working correctly.
How to reproduce the problem:
- Start emacs22.
- Change ispell dictionary to Czech:
M-x ispell-change-dictionary RET czech RET
- Enable flyspell mode:
M-x flyspell-mode RET
- Write the word "uživatel" (or another suitable word with accents) and
press space.
- The part of the word after the last accent gets highlighted (unless
it's a correct word itself).
