Package: dhcp3-server
Version: 3.0+3.0.1rc11-5
Severity: normal

After a hard reboot of the hardware, the daemon failed to reload. The pid file
from the previous daemon instance was still on the filesystem and the init
script exited without starting new instance. Init script successfully started
daemon after pid file had been manually deleted.

Why I didn't just test this myself is beyond me. Certainly I could not
reproduce this problem myself with 3.0.2-1, so therefore I am closing
