Package: mpage
Version: 2.5.1pre2

when invoking mpage with the -X and/or -H switches it does not
print the header correctly with 8-bit inputs.

I think the postscript Prolog needs to be modified to ReEncode
the /fnamefont and the /headerfont.

this is the font def section:

/Courier /OurCharSet charvec ReEncodeSmall
/textfont /OurCharSet findfont 11 scalefont def
/fnamefont /Times-Bold findfont 14 scalefont def
/headerfont /Times-Bold findfont 12 scalefont def

Only the /Courier font is ReEncoded but the other fonts need
reencoding as well for the header to print correctly

I took one[1] of my university essay, and it prints the header as
expected. Feel free to reopen if it still applies with a recent
version of mpage, attaching the offendin ps file and the full command
transcript.

Thanks,
Sandro
