In #463253, it was reported that deactivating CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS was too
early as many userland utilities are still relying on /proc/acpi.
So, the support for it was reinstated by Maks in 2.6.24-3.
However, CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS_POWER is left undefined and, therefore, some
informations are not available (such as powertop failing to report the power
consumption).
Could you reactivate this option in an upcomiong uplad?
