Hi,
ruby1.9's debian/rules calls 'cat /proc/cpuinfo' unconditionally. I'm
not sure /proc/cpuinfo is guaranteed to be present on a system, it is
not on the Hurd, anyway. Please make this call optional or just put a
hyphen in front of it so failures get ignored.
