As of 2008-09-10 the /etc/services does not define all standard ports
as defined by IANA. There are several port numbers and their
definitions that are not found in Debian version of /etc/services.
The current IANA specification can be found at:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers
Please update the standard port definitions in (at least) range 0-1024
Ref: Only one port number was fixed on closing Bug#495732
