When a firewall rule for 0.0.0.0/0 is already present, munin tries to
link /etc/munin/plugins/ip_0.0.0.0/0 to /usr/share/munin/plugins/ip_,
which of course does not work because of the
/etc/munin/plugins/ip_0.0.0.0 is not a directory.

Does not happen any more in unstable.
