Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.25
Severity: important

I’m trying to add a changelog entry for my own package, but debchange
persists in forcing me to do a NMU of my own package.

The control file has:
Maintainer: Josselin Mouette <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

My environment has:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

And when running dch with *any* option, I get the following:

epiphany-browser (2.22.1-1.1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.

As I explained earlier, it happened when the previous changelog entry
was made by someone not in the Uploaders field.

I can’t reproduce it anymore on 2.10.35, so closing.

Thanks,
