Hi,

This is the same bug I reported here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=500494

I have problem during compiling linux kernel using "make menuconfig".
A backspace, a delete, cursors, a home and an end keybord keys does
not work. I tried also to use keys ctrl-h, ctrl+w, ctrl+e woithout
success. This situation happens when e.g. I try to choose a config
file through "Load an Alternate Configuration File". I cannot delete
any letter nor move to the beginning of a word (default ".config").
I checked if this happens under xterm, but there everything is fine.
I noticed that problem a few months ago.

My $TERM=xterm
Window manager: IceWM

Thanks
Bartek
