Package: ftp.debian.org

The dhcp-client package in lenny and above is dummy so there is no
point in having it present on new installs.

Even if somebody wanted to install "everything", he/she would not install
dhcp-client, so this fits the extra priority.

Note: This is _also_ a bug in the dhcp3 source package, as the
dhcp-client binary package does not have a priority field in the
control file so it inherits the source priority. Feel free to reassign
to dhcp3, but please do so after fixing the override file.

Thanks.
