Debconf translation bugs for packages that have been removed from unstable and
testing are entirely useless and lutter up the work pages we use to
target what needs to be done.

As there is an ultra minimal chance that someone ever revives this
package, I hereby think it's best to just close the relevant bug. 

Even if someone works on the package in the future, the translation
will still be in the archived bug, ready to be used....but who really
thinks that this will happen? :-)
