Package: amarok
Version: 1.4.10-1
Severity: important
When Amarok is unable to contact the DCOP server it will print error messages
to .xsession-errors in a very high frequency. This behaviour produced a 15GB
logfile in less than 30 minutes. The file continues to grow until the
partition is completly full and basicaly renders the whole desktop environment
unusable.
Expected behaviour: Amarok should not print the error message so often. Once
whould
probably be enough.

Hello,
Fixed in Amarok 2, there is no DCOP support. It will never be fixed in 1.4.x
though.
