here is the scenario:
I use gnomemeeting for a call, then I use 'exit' in the main menu,
and the window and small notification icon disappear, but the
process does not exit; so if I try to restart gnomemeeting, it does not
restart.

note that my partner has a webcam, but video is often not received;
moreover ils.seconic.com is not working OK; so maybe there is a thread
