package: emacspeak
severity: important
Justification: psgml-mode becomes useless with Emacspeak

While reading lines of text whith C-e l, in psgml mode, emacspeak
sometimes interruptis interrupts the line at a well-defined point with
the message "Parsing. . . "

This makes it very difficult to use psgml-mode.
