Also I would recommend the following general changes:
a) Do not use "Yes" and "No" in the templates. Some frontends might
print "Ok" and "Cancel" or even use graphical symbols. Hence I
would suggest use "accept" and "decline" instead
b) It is deprecated to pretened that the programm is a person, i.e.
talks about itself in the first person ("I"). For example, the
following change should be made:
-msgid "Should I use Debconf?"
+msgid "Should Debconf be used?"
c) You use both "linesrv.conf file" as well as "linesrv conf file". To
avoid confusion, I suggest changing one variant, i.e. when you
mention the file name, leave it as is (i.e. the first version), and
when you talk about the second case, use, e.g. "conf file of
linesrv".
d) Some strings do not end with interpunctation, e.g. with a colon
("."). You should use interpunction consistently.
e) The three last string are very similar to previously used strings.
To ease the burden of the translators could you check if you could
unify them, so translators would only need to translate only one
version?
If you have any questions regarding these changes do not hesitate to
contact me.

The linesrv package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/502810 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
