In creating/editing the smart playlist, the rule "Rating is Not Rated" does
not work.
In the track information (right-click on track, track information, and
then statistics tab), it is correctly shown as "Not rated", but as far as
smart playlist rules go, it looks like "Not rated" is treated as a rating
of less than 1 star (probably zero star).
Workaround: rule of "Rating is smaller than 1 star" works as
"Rating is Not Rated".

Hello,
There is no such thing as "Rating is Not Rated" in Amarok 2. You can choose
"rating is less than 1 star" though.
Feel free to reopen the bug if you can confirm it with Amarok 2.0 or
any future Amarok 2 releases.
