Filezilla claims to support encrypted FTP but doesn't seem to manage it.
It would be nice if filezilla could do AUTH SSL encrypted FTP like
ftp-ssl does.
or even support for RFC4217 :)

Closing: no answer from the submitter, and I don't see any actual bug. AFAICS
FileZilla supports the mentioned RFC; it's called "explicit encryption". (Maybe
this was not yet implemented in 3.0.0 beta2 though, I'm not sure.)
