Emailaddresses one wants to ban are filtered based on a regex which
contains '[.-_]', obviously, this is not what was intended, and means
you cannot ban emails that have a '-' in them.
Also, there is no feedback on email addresses that fail to match this
regex, so you get 'banlist updated', but actually, the banlist isn't
updated.

The phpbb2 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
