Package: glademm
Version: 0.6.4-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

I created this simple project, and rebuilt it with the latest version
of glade:

[532] [scrooge:bam] ~/Projects/project1 >./autogen.sh
**Warning**: I am going to run `configure' with no arguments.
If you wish to pass any to it, please specify them on the
`./autogen.sh' command line.

processing .
deletefiles is macros/gnome-gettext.m4

but the error is always the same:

c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I..     -g -O2 -I/usr/lib/gnomemm/include
-I/usr/include -DNEED_GNOMESUPPORT_H -I/usr/lib/gnome-libs/include

I have no idea if this is gtk-- fault for libgnome-dev's fault:

[506] [scrooge:bam] ~ >gnome-config --includedir gnomeui
/usr/include

The files are located under
/usr/include/gnome-1.0/libgnomeui

(Is glademm still supported under Debian? I see that there are three old
and obvious bugs reports that simple testing would highlight, all of
them from me.... I can't help but think glademm is a good idea, but is
not yet ready to be used for applications...)

The glademm package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/509382 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
