Package: network-manager
Version: 0.7.0~svn4191-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

I can look with nm-tool for an wifi-network but it is imposible to connect to
it.
- I set the essid with iwconfig wlan0 essid "ESSID"
- After that iwconfig shows me, that it is connected
- I run dhclient wlan0
- networmanager lets firmware crash (syslog):

nm-tool is not for configuring or establishing connections.

Please install network-manager-gnome or network-manager-kde for that.

That is not a firmware crash and not a issue of network-manager anyways
(wpasupplicant handles the wlan interface)

I don't see a valid bug report here, so closing.
