At normal usage, dcl show several warning like the following:

The warnings seem to be related to missing files in the schema/ directory,
which is not included in the debian package, although it is present in the
original source.

The dcl package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
