There is a file descriptor leak in ndb_mgmd. Reported to MySQL (bug #11898,
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=11898).
Patch (http://lists.mysql.com/internals/27138) released and pushed into source
tree (4.1.14, 5.0.10).
Request patch be applied to Debian Sarge next maintenance release.
