libghc6-utf8-string-dev has recently been upgraded from 0.3.1.1-2 to
0.3.3-1, and has now autobuilt on most architectures. [1]
This renders libghc6-xmonad-contrib-dev uninstallable as it specifically
depends on that version of libghc6-utf8-string-dev.
I've done a local rebuild of xmonad-contrib-0.8 with just the version of
the dependencies changed, it seems to be working so far.
