Package: zsh
Version: 4.2.3-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

I'm not entirely sure this is zshs fault but whenever I update zsh the
tab completion stops working:

m...@frosties:~% ls <tab>
(eval):1: _first: function definition file not found

A simple "exec zsh" fixes the problem.

The original issue is 'fixed' as there is nothing that can
be done about it.

Chris Lamb's report, while not exactly the same may happen
from time to time, but unless we touch (i.e. delete) user data,
we can't really do much about it.
