Package: hal
Version: 0.5.7-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
whenever I pop a video DVD into my DVD drive (Plextor PX-716A), hal reports it
as an empty DVD-ROM medium. If I run "totem dvd:///dev/hdc" it can play the DVD
though, so no problem there. I've attached the appropriate hal-device output.
Cheers,
Chris

Hi,
using Lenny this problem appears to be fixed. I haven't noticed any
strangeness in months now.
Cheers,
Chris
