Package: directory-administrator
Version: 1.5.1.0-2
Severity: normal
Directory-administrator stores the administrative password on disk.
While it is in a mode 700 directory, I would actually like the option of
being prompted for the password on startup, rather than having it stored
there. (it's also not clear to me how you deal with passwords that
contain a pipe symbol; it looks to me like this will cause the
configuration code to barf)

The directory-administrator package has been removed from Debian testing,
unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/507037 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
