When subscribed to RSS, having it in a menu, if the list has already
been loaded then the menu contains all the news, plus an 'open in tabs'
feature.
If the list is big, then a 'live book mark loading' is temporaly shown
in the menu. After the load is finished, all the news appear, but not
the 'open in tabs' choice at the end of the menu.
