A few days ago brightside stopped disabling xscreensaver on this
system. It worked about a week ago, but for some odd reason it just
stopped working. I have it configured so that placing the pointer in
one of the corners disables the screensaver. As I said, it worked a few
days ago, but is not working any more (of course, I've been updating my
system regularly so this may be the cause).
I filed a parallel xscreensaver bug (#513143), but I want to make sure
the maintainer of brightside is aware of this issue in case it something
with brightside. Thanks so much for your help.
