Sadly, Debian has decided to take a hard line on the GFDL: the presence
of two sentences is enough to prevent Debian from shipping the
documentation (Bug #495935).
If possible, please provide non-free *-doc package. There is a draft:

Looks, it's not too much work to keep a separate source package for
documentation in sync with upstream:

What is wrong with the existing package:

which had to be created because of the hard-line on the GFDL ?
