The file for this News was encoded in UTF-8, whereas the server local
encoding is ISO-8859-1.
I switched the encoding, so the modification will appear on the website
within 4 hours.
Version 1.2 of the file in the CVS contain the modification
webwml://french/News/2009/20090210.wml
