Starting with libsane-extras 1.0.19.12, the epkowa backend is no
longer distribute in the package, nor in Debian.

If your scanner is not supported by any other SANE backend, please go
to <http://avasys.jp> and download the Debian packages offered by
Avasys/Epson.
