Extractbb crashes on every file whose name is commute-1-side.pdf or
commute-2extra.pdf without creating any .xbb files.
A workaround is to rename the pdf file, and run extractbb on the renamed file.
(It is also possible to create a symbolic link to the pdf file instead of
renaming.)
