Hi,
it would be nice if the package included the pci-config util available from
the same site (ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/diag/pci-config.c). Its main use
is to put the NIC into D3 state, as some BIOSes (e.g. Dell GX110's) require
this to power off properly with enabled WOL.
