Package: xdialog
Version: 2.2.1-1
Xdialog's "dselect" sometimes opens a window with a wrong pre-selected
directory. Different from the programmed one.
If the pre-selected directory contains only a single directory , the window
will open with the path to the "pre-selected" directory set to this single
directory instead of the programmed one. And to make things worse, if that
"son" directory also contains one and only one directory, then the path to
the "pre-selected" directory will be set to this "grandson" directory. And so
it goes on... If the "grandson" directory also contains one and only one
directory, then the path to the "pre-selected" directory will be set to this
directory. It only stops when there are two or more "objects" ( files or
directories) contained in a directory.
 I am using Debian testing GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.8.1-kanotix-10, libgtk1.2
1.2.10-17, libgtk2.0-0 2.8.20-1 and libc6 2.3.6.ds1-4.
 Thanks in advance,
                       Rugart Fertsch
