Hi,
I tried to use url-hexify-string today, and noticed that it calls
mapconcat with only two arguments. This is, as it seems, wrong. I have
attached a patch to fix this error:

*** /tmp/url-util.el Sat Jun 8 10:04:09 2002
--- /tmp/url-util.el16505Npe Sat Jun 8 10:04:09 2002

(error "Hexifying multibyte character %s" str))
           (format "%%%X" char))
         (char-to-string char)))
- str
     ""))

  ;;;###autoload

Thanks.
