When I log in or start a program running in fullscreen-mode, the option
"Allow Xfce to manage the desktop" (xfce-settings-show -> Desktop ->
Allow Xfce to manage the desktop) is set to no automatically.

I checked it again and xfce don't looses control over the desktop anymore!

Killing the desktop (killall xfdesktop) does not change the background
now but I don't know if it did when the bug still was reproducible for me.

One or some of this libs were responsible for the bug, I think.
