Could you please include CRDA either in the iw package, or (preferably) in
a separate one? The sources already include a debian/ directory.

You should file a RFP [0]. iw package will not provide crda. Closing bug.
There was a discussion about packaging it for Debian [1]. I expressed concerns
and upstream dismissed them and noone else from our packaging group showed
interest to become involved. Therefore I do not know if I/we are the
best candidate maintainers of this software.
At least, the problem about having to munge crda + wireless-regdb tarballs
together just to have a sane package build is problematic, and might be much
easier to do when dpkg-source v3.0 has support in DAK, so that multiple
upstream tarballs can be seamlessly used to create upstream sorce tree.
