After running xtraceroute for the first time in this account and having
set some settings, it failed when trying to save the settings, with:
Ouch! $HOME/.xt ("/home/daniel/.xt/") exists but is not a directory!
Can't open "user_hosts.cache".
The strange thing is that ~/.xt does *not* exist at all:

the bugs that were still opened against it.
