Hi,
the first problem is that this plugin doesn't install the .so for iceweasel, so
the java applets don't work at all. This command fixes that:
$ sudo update-alternatives --install
/usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins/libjavaplugin.so iceweasel-javaplugin.so
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/jre/lib/i386/IcedTeaPlugin.so 100
Now applets work. However, the javascript -> applet communication doesn't. This
package from experimental is supposed to fix that, right?
I am not an expert in java/javascript, but if you tell me how to debug it, I'll
do it.
