On my system, freshly installed WebSVN fails to generate RSS feed,
with the following diagnostics:

It is because the package never installs /usr/share/websvn/lib
directory. I think it shall be enough to actually install
feedcreator.class.php (it seems no other Debian package is providing
the file).
See bug 518965 for similar problem. It is however proposed to fix
518965 different way, by allowing WebSVN to include files from Debian
php-geshi package.
