As 3.1-2 is in stable it's very unfortunate that the changelog entry was
dropped in unstable.
This makes it hard for you as you should verify for every bug reported to
stable if it also affects unstable and mark it as such without any clear
incentive as the BTS thinks the version was only in stable.
This is also very confusing regarding bug #505681.
