Hi,
it would be nice if rt could also send a mail if the owner of a ticket
changes (without any reply to the ticket). I set me as the owner of a ticket in
the debian rt instance and no notification was sent which then resulted in
coordination problems. So this would be a nice feature.

Ok thank you, I wasn't aware of this as I am just a rt user :)
I close this bug then and contact DSA to setup such a
trigger.
