[None of the pseudo-packages seemed correct for this, please reassign

There are no Release files for the unstable debian-installer archives
on either ftp.us.debian.org or http.us.debian.org. (I assume the
situation is the same on the other mirrors.) While debian-installer
only gives a warning message about this, other tools such as apt-move
require the Release files.

with next dinstall run at 01:52 UTC, the debian-installer subdirectories
will also carry Release files.
