Hi Eugene,

sorry to bother you again with kFreebsd. Since your recent uploads
didn't show up in the kfreebsd repositories (kfreebsd-i386 still ships
0.7-1) I tried to build 0.8.1-6 from source:

[...]
checking for syscall... yes
checking sys/syscall.h usability... yes
checking sys/syscall.h presence... yes
checking for sys/syscall.h... yes
checking for unistd.h... (cached) yes

configure: error: Failed to initialize PLPA.
make: *** [config.status] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
debuild: fatal error at line 1324:
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -D -us -uc failed

Gentoo/BSD had the same problem with 0.8.1:

http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220469

Unfortunately their patch at
http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=183937 patches configure.ac
which is not used by the Debian package and so the configure script
doesn't get patched and keeps failing.
