Hi,

Since a few days, after the last upgrade, I can't open a file or add a
file to the library.

Here are the console messages :

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/comix/src/filechooser.py", line 302, in
open_main_filechooser_dialog
    _main_filechooser_dialog = _MainFileChooserDialog(window)
  File "/usr/share/comix/src/filechooser.py", line 178, in __init__
    _ComicFileChooserDialog.__init__(self)
  File "/usr/share/comix/src/filechooser.py", line 97, in __init__
    elif os.path.isdir(prefs['path of last browsed in filechooser']):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/posixpath.py", line 195, in isdir
    st = os.stat(path)
TypeError: coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, NoneType found

I first tried to remove ~/.local/share/comix but the problem wasn't
solved. I purged the package and installed it again without better
comportement. I tried an upgrade from the previous version (that works
fine) with no more success.

I guess that the database where my preferences are stored is broken
somewhere, but I don't know where it is stored, and I don't think that a
broken database should brake a useful feature like opening a document.

Cheers

David
