bozohttpd mishandles CGI scripts in subdirectories, which causes errors
like this:
Mar 23 21:48:11 debian bozohttpd[9617]: got request ``GET
/cgi-bin/doc-central/contents.cgi HTTP/1.1'' from host localhost to port 80
Mar 23 21:48:11 debian bozohttpd[9619]: child exec failed:
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/doc-central
the attached patch fixes it by searching the path for the component which
corresponds to a file, and setting PATH_INFO to the rest.
