Hello,

That's not a Debian package, but an upstream bug. And upstream BTS is
right here, isn't it? On old systems without linux/rtc.h, making version
1.20 of adjtimex gives:

| cc -g -O2 -Wall -I. -DVERSION=\"1.20\" -o adjtimex adjtimex.c \
| mat.o -lm
| adjtimex.c:36: linux/rtc.h: No such file or directory
| make: *** [adjtimex] Error 1

It works OK with an rtc.h copied from Woody. This file used to be called
linux/mc146818rtc.h on older kernels before 2.4 but contained more than
only rtc.h, with some conflicting definitions. Perhaps would it be
better to provide default definitions with adjtimex?
