gforth 0.6.2-7.2 is built without ffcall support. This makes it nearly
impossible to use libraries and some of the scripts included with gforth.
Solution: add libffcall1-dev to the Build-Depends line of debian/control.
There is an ubuntu bug about this, including a patch to fix it, but
the sponsor would like to hear thoughts from debian before going
further:

The change is just adding ", libffcall1-dev" to the end of the Build-Depends
line of debian/control.
