Helper script to create menu
/usr/share/fvwm-crystal/debian/createmenu.py is VERY slow with
comparission to scripts from other window managers. Other scripts run
at most few seconds, /usr/share/fvwm-crystal/debian/createmenu.py runs
50 times slower.
